Decklit (“Decklit,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides a browser-based platform that lets users upload slide decks (PPTX / PDF), stream image-only presentations, and collect audience feedback. By accessing or using Decklit at decklit.com (the “Service”), you (“User,” “Presenter,” or “Viewer”) agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”).
Beta notice: Decklit is currently in open beta. Features, limits, and uptime may change without notice. The Service is offered free of charge during this beta period; future paid tiers will be announced separately.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account or present a deck. Viewers who access a shared link may do so without registering but must still accept these Terms.

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including but not limited to its design, features, code, software, branding, logos, and underlying technology, are and shall remain the exclusive property of Decklit and its licensors. Except as expressly permitted by these Terms, you agree not to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or otherwise exploit any part of Decklit without our prior written consent. Any unauthorised use may result in suspension or termination of your account and may also constitute a violation of intellectual property laws.

The beta is free. If Decklit introduces paid plans, you will receive prior notice and updated terms. Continued use of paid features will require acceptance of those terms.
Decklit disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. You use the Service at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Decklit’s aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed US $0, as no fees are charged during this beta period.
You agree to indemnify and hold Decklit harmless from any claim arising out of your content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms or abusive conduct. You may delete your account at any time.
In the event of any dispute, the company reserves the right to designate the governing law and jurisdiction applicable to such dispute.
We may update these Terms. If changes are material, we will notify users (e.g., banner or email). Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
You may choose to submit comments, bug reports, ideas or other feedback about the Website, including without limitation about how to improve the Website (collectively, “Feedback”) by emailing us. We are free to use such Feedback at our discretion and without additional compensation to you, and may disclose such Feedback to third parties.
